The wind is almost impossible to photograph but its effects aren't. The purpose of this contest was to try to visualize the wind through dancing patterns on the water, grasses sigh with the motion of the wind, clouds flying across open skies, or flags, kites, scarfs and skirts blowing in the wind.  The submissions were very diversified and all an excellent visualization of the wind.

Conceptual Art is basically creating images that illustrate ideas.
