Fog can be a powerful and valuable tool for emphasizing the depth, lighting and shape of your subjects. Photographing in fog, haze or mist gives a moody atmospheric feel to your images. A lot of members shared their best misty shots in this challenge.

'Music meets Photography' is the currently running theme.
Music and photography share a lot of similarities in many ways like composition, colour, harmonies and contrasts, rhythms, expressiveness, etc. They can be expansive, full of life or more subdued, even minimalist.
This contest will end at midnight on Sunday the 19th of July 2020.
The sooner you upload your submission the more chance you have to gather the most votes.

To both of you, I like to mention that the blog program is automatized and that for one or another reason, the first place image was not displayed as header photo this time.
If I can give a good advice to all the participants for the upcoming contests, please upload your image in your portfolio or even use an image which is already in your portfolio, published or not. Then when clicking on the image, the readers will be re-directed automatically to the portfolio of the author. In this case, none of the winning images was in any portfolio, so I simply copy/paste them from the beta version.
Sorry for the technical information but consider it as a good advice.

Hello to all the friends.
I will start by saying that, even knowing that this is a contest, I can not help but feeling and regret that so many wonderful pieces of art have been left "in the dark": very little room for so many masterpieces. Thank you very much to all the participants for delighting me with your magnificent works. Congratulations to all the participants; especially to the most voted, among whom I have the honor of being. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the kind friends who liked my humble work and placed me in the first place (I don´t know if I deserved it)... I think that in the world of art the concept of winner is much more subjective than in many other disciplines. I also would like to thank to Yvette, and other collaborators, for their great labour and constant effort to offer us the best.
