Results Contest: SOOTC

The submissions to the contest 'SOOTC: straight out of the camera shots' were surprising and numerous.  No Photoshop and alikeexcept for darkroom methods such as handling the contrasts, light or reversion to BW.  Amazing to see how many photographers took the challenge in different styles.

The winners with the most votes for this topic are:

1st place: Carmelo Caserta
2nd place: Uschi Hermann
3rd place: Stefan Zuser

Congratulations to the winners and honorable mentions and thanks to all for participating to the 'SOOTC' contest.

'Circles' in daily life or as a pattern
 is the currently running theme.

It's amazing how many circles there are in daily life. If you focus your attention, you will see more of them than ever before. Circles also have a symbolic value standing for the infinite. Used as repetitive pattern in photography it leads to amazing results. Reasons enough to try this topic out in one way or another.

The contest 'Circles' will end at midnight on Sunday the 21st of July.
The sooner you upload your image, the more chance you have to gather the most votes.
If you haven't uploaded your photo yet, you can do it here
