Briefly tell us about yourself, your hobbies and other jobs
.
I‘m a full time Architect and live in Bangkok. I have been working for 30 years now and whenever travelling, I love to sketch the stories behind the place.

How has your history and life experiences affected your photography?
My work experiences as an architect and my artistic knowledge (designing and sketching) influenced a lot my photography.  This passion encourages me to travel around and expand my perspective on the world.

Describe your overall photographic vision.
Most of my images are expressing mood and atmosphere.  But most of all, I love to play with light.

“Release”

You have your very own style but your work is very diversified. Can you explain why this is?
I don't have a specific genre or category.  I simply love experimenting and diversification in my photography is my biggest challenge.

What generally is your relationship to your subject matter beyond being an observer?
I am just an observer going with the flow of what is to be seen in my surroundings and trying to make good shots.  I don't plan my locations.

Can you tell us something more about your work flow?
Roughly, I capture the photos, choose them based on the mood and content and only then I process my images.

Who are your favourite photographers and more importantly, how has your appreciation of their work affected how you approach your own photography?
A lot of photographers inspire me, but Donald Boyd is my favourite one. His minimalistic work is fabulous.
