1x Photo Awards is approaching the finish line. December 7th is the final date for entering the contest. We have seen some very fine photos so far, but we believe that there are even more out there. If you have one or several photos that you would like to compete with, now is the time to submit them!
The prize sums this year are higher than ever before. The grand prize is $10000, the second prize is $1000 and the third prize $100. There is also a grand People's Choice Award of $1000. The grand prize winners will be exhibited at Scandinavia's biggest photo fair!
Except for the grand prize winners there are another 22 category winners, one selected by the judge and one People's Choice category award in each category, who will win one year of Unlimited membership and our exclusive limited edition photo book Mono.
The judge for this year is photo icon Steve McCurry, who has been recognized with many of the finest photo awards that exist. To have your photos selected by Mr. McCurry is a huge achievement and an impressive merit in your career as a photographer.
