Hi
i have been a member at 1x since the early days. I agreed to the sales terms when 1x started selling prints and digital copies. My question is- why do i receive earnings only from old prints. There are zero earnings from newer pics, all my cash cows are something like 14 years old. Why is this so, why are no new pics generating any sales? The old pics were keyworded by someone professional at 1x, the new pics were not.
My very occasional sales are apparently also from the old days. But I do not care, to be honest.

Well at least you are getting earnings!!! Which is more than what I am getting!!!
Funnily, I just opened the forum to find an answer, because I experience exactly the same, however, it might be that the newer ones are also sold but not listed, anyway, good idea to generate new key words , I always forget about it. Noticed that I sold more this year compared to earlier years,

One of my oldest photographs is a cash-cow, must be 5 years old or more. But I also earn from photos that are just a year old, don't observe the same. A coincidence maybe.

Only "old" prints, zero earnings for the new.
I'm trying to find out which image(s) have been sold, my earnings have increased since last year but only shows a total, not which images have been sold. Not enough for pay out but still curious as to which images are getting sold. I looked under my :Earnings" but just shows total, not itemized.

Hi Kimberly
when you click on Earnings , there should be a line in the centre that says Total earnings per photo.
Then , you click on one of the photos that you see and you get the details of the sales and if it has been paid or not.

when you click on Earnings , there should be a line in the centre that says Total earnings per photo.
Then , you click on one of the photos that you see and you get the details of the sales and if it has been paid or not.

Bought one of my own prints as test, went it through Fine Art America but no visibility to this sale on 1x. If my test earning is not credited to my account, where exactly is money? Has anyone else made a test purchase to see if earnings are being distributed? I've tried to contact support more than once via e-mail on this and other issues but no reply, not even an automated receipt response. Hello, where are the earnings and support?
I think you have to wait a little longer for the money to appear. Also, if I remember correctly, your earnings have to be $50 or greater to be seen in your account. Check The FAQ's.

The sales are displayed even if they are less than 50€/$. They are only paid out if they are more than 50$/€.
A few years ago I purchased one of my pictures, it was properly mentioned in my earnings, but I cannot remember what the time period in between was, best regards Ulrike

Bought a second print, still no visibility on 1X to these sales. The sales do show up on the partner site print provider, but my earnings are not showing on 1x for tracking as per the FAQ. How can I have any confidence in accurate 1x sales reporting and full financial transparency of 1x when test sales are not being duly credited? As part of my 1x paid plan I am entitled to know my total sales and have all of my earnings visible and on deposit ready for payout. As it stands the appearance is that 1x earnings are being 'diverted' away from my account.
