Photo Critique: Observation, Suggestion and Help

I hope all have notice the drastic changes in our Photo Critique for the past year or so, the number of Senior Critics have expanded and we have one hard working and knowledgable Group with many specializing in different subjects. Out aim is to help with suggestions and comments.
 
The entire Crew feels the same way so I am speaking for all, members should give it a try an start making their own comments/critiques. It will be a learning experience expressing your thoughts and ideas. You will be looking at images in a different way, for critiquing you will be spending more time analyzing and will only make you a better photographer. If the comment attracts other comments and a discussion starts, so much the better. We have been featuring selected Critiques in our Magazine (eZene) from images we feel contribute to our community.
 
Members deciding to dive in and make comments, can start by picking one aspect of the image and not necessarily cover the entire work. Hopefully others will come in and point out different areas or a Senior Critic will come in going over the image. Reading Critiques will help your own work in many ways.
 
The Senior Critic Crew would like to ask you a couple of things which we have been seeing lately and are detrimental to our goals. When you get suggestions with a good solid critique and decide to put it to good use by working your image again, please don't delete the original, upload the new image and leave the other for comparison. When you delete a Critiqued image, all the hard work in making the comments are lost. When uploading a re-worked image, leave original and paste a link for easy comparison. Usually you ask if the changes were positive and at times is difficult/time consuming finding the original. Also leaving some feedback for the person giving the critique is always appreciated.
