If click on my profile image in the upper right corner and get a menu. In this menu I click on "Your Profile" and get my name vertically written together with the Menu "About", "Messages", "Overview", "Exhibitions". On other profiles I see right of the user's name the number of followers and "followings" but not on my profile. I know that I have at least 3 followers and I'm following about 7.

 

How can I switch on the follower/following indication in my profile?

Have you tried [email protected]? 
I noticed that many accounts have a 'follow' option, but some don't (iPhone/Safari)... your account for example doesn't. Maybe that's somehow related. I'm also wondering if it's related to having a trial PRO account. Do you still have that? Hopefully you'll get an answer from [email protected].
