#RESOLUTION UPLOADING

Hi there! I'm a newcomer on 1X and I'm so confused about the quality of my pictures uploaded here. So, I was wondering what is the best resolution for uploading?

Bear in mind that I'd like to sell the pics too. I've noticed that 1X use different resolutions depending on the web sections. Please help!

Diego,

New to 1X . . . . Welcome!   You asked about the best resolution for uploading.  If your photos will be for sale then it's best to upload full resolution files.  The site will resize them to fit - in Member Curation, 1000 pixels wide - in Critique Forum, 2000 pixels, and in the Published or Awarded galleries, 2500 pixels wide.

Please note this is not official - it's just what I've learned by downloading and measuring.

Since you're new you might not know about  the Critique Forum.  Check it out by clicking the blue button or with the URL . . . . https://1x.com/forum/critique . . . .   You can post photos for the Senior Critics to critique, and you can comment on any that you see there.  We learn together by exchanging ideas and opinions.
