Thanks for your reply. Besides going through the pictures one by one. How do I know that my photo has been added. Is there a faster method you check.

Actually if you're in "voting" you can go through the pictures endlessly and you won't see your own ;) That's to avoid you voting for yourself...
The way to see that your photos have been submitted for curation is to go to your personal gallery, click on a photo (one by one), click on the cog wheel at the bottom and if the "submit to curators" option isn't there anymore it means it has been submitted. There is no other notification that the picture has been submitted, neither is there a way to know if curators have had a look or taken a decision yet or not. The question has been asked before and the answer is that it should take around 2 weeks depending on the workload of the curators for a decision to be made but you will never know for sure, unless it is selected for the front page (in that case you get an e-mail and obviously, you see your picture on the front page -and usually get a lot more comments that any other day, so you won't miss it ;) -).
