Does anyone even reply to emails sent to this address? No matter how much I write, there is still no answer... 

Sergei no I never get a reply they do seem to deal with the problem but no words of wisdom in the form of a reply. That said it would be nice and be very reassuring in a reply was generated in some form.

I did get a reply twice this 2 weeks.

I can't find a way to delete my photos.

Just go to your profile, images and you can delete the picture

You can't do that with published/awarded images

I don't see any images when I look at your profile so I think if you cancel the auto-renew option it would be the same thing.  Click your name on the top right corner, then "settings" from the left panel and you will see "cancel auto-renewal".

Maybe you've already cancelled it?  If your last charge was within 3 months you will stay "Pro" until the period ends.  It's billed each quarter. 

I've tried to email support to cancel my subscription within the 14 day cooling off period after joining. No Answer at all. I get the distinct impression no-one is actually running this site other than the paying members who are tasked with everything this site does with regard to curating, commenting, etc.  Wher the hell is the central support team!

Yes, Support is the subject of many complaints here in the Forum.  You could try writing to founders - Ralf or Jacob.  You can find them in the 'About' section.  Jacob might be your best bet - he fixes lots of things.  Hover over the 1X icon at the top left of the page, go down to 'About', then to 'Sweden Team', then click on Ralf or Jacob's photo and go to 'Message'.

The photos are these:

 The two friends for about a week

and Relax for 3/4 days.

Ich kann nirgendwo unter Bildern oder Kommentaren eine Zeitangabe finden, oder ist es irgendwo versteckt und ich sehe es nicht?

Ist dies beabsichtigt?

Ich würde es wahnsinnig interessant finden, wenn ich es sehen könnte wann ein Foto veröffentlicht oder ausgezeichnet worden ist.

Ich freue mich über Rückmeldungen.
