For help with your statistics, you could try writing to Support.  ( [email protected] )  They're busy, but sometimes answer.

I think that might be a general issue. In statistics, I have 110 published and 71 awarded, in my profile it's 109 publiched, 70 published. I had an awarded photo deleted once because I had a dispute with the model afterwards. I noticed the mismatch earlier, thought it had to do with that one photo.

Monique, it happened to me very recently and again yesterday.

I've been said to wait few days because it's possible the awarded picture is waiting "in line".

The first mismatch I had lasted for a couple of days, the second one is from yesterday and it isn't solved yet so I'm waiting to see what will happen with it.

In any event I never received any email not even regarding the "solved" one, so there may be a problem with emails related to awarded photos.

I have a question here concerning a mismatch in my profile between my statistics ( here I have 18 published pictures and 6 awarded ) and my certificates ( here I have 17 published and 5 awarded  ) ???

My last picture has already been published and is okay but the one before that ( see picture below and named 'conspiracy' ) has been published although I did not receive any mail about it and is not showing in my certificates?? 

Can someone help me out with this matter please? It is a question of having my statistics up to date.

It's simple: in your member statistics a photo is considered awarded from the moment the decision is made ( photo in award queue). The certificates follow a different logic: the photo is considered awarded from the moment it appears on the awarded front page. The portfolio overview follows the same logic.

Good morning, I wanted to report that I have two photos that have been accepted, published and awarded, but have not yet appeared on 

The photos are these:

 Two old friends for about a week and

Relax for 3/4 days.

Hi there, I would like to delete all the images in my gallery, but I cannot find a delete button for the published images. Could anyone advise me on how to go about this?

It's my understanding that Published photos can't be deleted by the photographer, but if you write to Support ([email protected]) they will do it there.  They are always busy so may not answer immediately.

Hi Steven, I emailed support, yesterday to delete the images in my gallery. So I guess they will get around to doing it.
