For help with your statistics, you could try writing to Support. ( [email protected] ) They're busy, but sometimes answer.

I think that might be a general issue. In statistics, I have 110 published and 71 awarded, in my profile it's 109 publiched, 70 published. I had an awarded photo deleted once because I had a dispute with the model afterwards. I noticed the mismatch earlier, thought it had to do with that one photo.

Monique, it happened to me very recently and again yesterday.
I've been said to wait few days because it's possible the awarded picture is waiting "in line".
The first mismatch I had lasted for a couple of days, the second one is from yesterday and it isn't solved yet so I'm waiting to see what will happen with it.
In any event I never received any email not even regarding the "solved" one, so there may be a problem with emails related to awarded photos.

It's simple: in your member statistics a photo is considered awarded from the moment the decision is made ( photo in award queue). The certificates follow a different logic: the photo is considered awarded from the moment it appears on the awarded front page. The portfolio overview follows the same logic.

It's my understanding that Published photos can't be deleted by the photographer, but if you write to Support ([email protected]) they will do it there. They are always busy so may not answer immediately.
