When a person decides to delete his account here:
 
1. What happens to his photos, particularly the published ones?
2. In case of Plus or Pro accounts, is there a possibility to receive a refund?

This statement comes from the FAQ....
How do I delete my account?
If you no longer wish to be a member of 1x, go to “Account settings” in your “Account menu” (your portrait in the top right of the window) and click delete account. It will be hidden from the public immediately and deleted within one month if you don’t log in again, so you have the chance to change your mind."
 
So you can delete your account from view and it will take one month (in case you change your mind to actually be deleted.)
 
As far as I can tell, the Published photos remain in the lx gallery...but you can write to support for additional info about this as I am not positive.
 
As far as getting a refund....I think this is mentioned in the user agreement. So go to your profile - then to Membership agreement and read what you signed.
