A few days ago a posted here a first photo of this shooting in a lost place. Here now my second model, yes David, again with the cigarette, sorry, without smoke again. What do you think about the composition and especially the black and white edit. I am editing in Lr, using NIK silver efex pro and I specially like the film simulation with Bergger BRF400plus. Fujix GFX100s & GF32/64; ISO 200, 1/160sec, f11.
Thanks for the mention. The empty toilet roll holder is a nice touch. I think a glass of champagne might be a bit out of context here. The use of Silver Efex was a good thing to do. (I would say that though wouldn't I?)
It will be interesting to see what other say.

I decently will keep your thoughts in mind for my next shooting trying to avoid cigarettes and let play my models with something different. Thank you David
Hi Christian,
I really love this model you’re working with. She has such a powerful presence and carries herself with a confidence that makes your concepts shine. That strength comes through beautifully here.
I do feel the crop is a little tight. I’d love to see more headroom, so I expanded the frame slightly in my edit to give the composition more breathing space.
I’m torn on the black and white treatment. I know from your last image how beautiful those tiles are in color, and I find myself missing that punch. The monochrome works well for mood, but I think the color could add another layer of emotional authenticity and connection while making those repeating shapes and details stand out even more.
I’d also light that cigarette. It would give the gesture more purpose and add a subtle focal point that ties in with the mood you’re creating.
What I really appreciate most is your attention to detail. The way you’ve echoed the small shape in the center of the tiles within her cap and jewelry is so smart. It creates a quiet harmony within the frame that makes the image more compelling.
It’s already a strong piece, but I’d love to see what happens when you bring those colors back in. I think it could elevate the overall impact even further.

Thank you Tammy, some good points, I have the habbit while shooting to have my composition done, so often no more crops necessary, on one hand this can be not good for some photos when at the end something is missing. Much better with the cigarette light of course, this is a small piece missing in my original photo. It was the first time this girl was in a shooting, very easy working with her and she is very expressive.
