Hello everyone,
This is a shot of a sea wave near the sand, in the light of the sunrise. The underexposed image with the golden sand particles gave me the thought of a galaxy and the wave, the land of a planet. I like very much the golden look of this abstract image. Is it something I can improve? Please let me kow. (I will remove the watermark before I'll send it to curation :) )
Hello again Vlad,
thank you for submitting your photo to this forum.
I looked at this photo for a while and at first I had some trouble with its interpretation. I think it was this color that made this photo not appealing to me too much. I decided to convert them to B&W in PSCC 2022. With the brush in CR, on one side I slightly muffled the outer parts of the photo and then lightened the center of the photo a little. It seems that the photo is now clearer and more unambiguous.
Of course, this is my suggestion for your photo.
Kind regards

Hello, Vlad Ioan
Welcome to our forum. When I look at the image I get carried away with the upper part. Unfortunately when I see the whole, the impact gets washed away. I agree with my colleague that the color is a bit too harsh. Looking a while at the image causes distress in me. And I keep asking, "What did the photographer want to tell me in this image? I know what the photographer shows me but with the message I have a problem. I am not sure whether this image would have a good curation result or not. It is up to you of course...I think what a figure like a person or a bird would have added but I end up with a blank result. It would have been difficult to differentiate them. Then thinking about it, I do not like the narrow view. I might have liked it better were it taken with a wider lens so theta we could feel the feeling of vastness or eternity. That's all from my point of view. Have good light...
