Hello,
Welcome to our forum. Thank you for sharing your fine image with us. fFrst of all I wish you good luck in the world of fashion photography. What I like most about this image is that you chose to present it in black and white. The model looks in focus and is quite sharp. There's one thing about the model that you could have arranged before taking the photo. I think her hair could have been arranged so that her left eye had not been hidden behind it. The model's pose is fine as is her outfit. If I had taken this image, I think I would not have preferred to crop her body from that point. If I had to crop it, I would have chosen a bit higher position. I think your crop is too close to her ankles and this is not much preferred as far as I know. Another thing I would say about this image is the position or location where the model is. I personally like this kind of images better when there is more space in front of the model. Saying this I would have not included the back part where the arc begins, But I would have positioned the model a bit further back, and but I would have left some more space in front of her. The shallow depth of field is quite fine. It brings the model more into sight. if I have to sum up what I think, I would mainly say it's about the tiny details on the models hair, and the composition of the image. I like the lighting, the circunstancial light is quite fine, the depth of field is fine and I like to tiles sparkling because of the light. I wish you good luck in fashion photography. All the best Cicek...
Dear Claude,
Thanks for submitting your photo to the critique forum. With some adjstmernts it can work well.
Centering on the model will enhance the image. What distrube me is her "missing" feets. In my poinion one should either present half figure or the whole body.
I took your photo to Photoshop Beta and re-positioned the model in the center. I also cropped your photo in a way that the model will be the focal point of the image. Finally I added, - just to demonstrate to you the difference - her missing feets for you to consider for future shots.
I also feel that the image requires reduction of noise and increase sharpness . I have used Topaz AI for these corrections.
Hope you like it. It is of course just my opinion.
Best regards

Hi Claudio,
In general I like the photo but I agree with Arnon, the model's feet should have been included. I like the background but you may try different positions but you may try try to crop from the right side.
