Good Morning dears,

im here again to discuss with you about the sense of photography, particularly the rule of creativity.

I believe that photography is art when goes over the ordinary, when transfer emotions, when touch the sensibility, when open new prospective.

Probably I'm wrong, it s only a technical challenge repeating the main themes in glamorous colors and perfect executions.

I'm trying to find with you an answer, to understand if my approach is so strange.

Today I submitted a picture that I find reach of significant, I called him Love, a reflection of a man projected in the space, touching the theme of the double, the intimacy of self feeling and the drama of this period, the loneliness of humans and the emptiness of the love significant, symbolized by a plastic and golden object put in the middle of the picture. I love this image and I love the message, the expression, the originality, the subject matter... I 'm crazy? My ideas are wrong? Thanks all for your time D

Hi Davide and welcome back - First may I say you are on the right road - also I can't think of a better web site 1x.com for this type of Fine Art work. What I see is a photographer with a free spirit with his mind running wild and coming up with strange and wonderful images that challenge the viewer to take a second look. 

The only advice I would give you is try hard to make your message a visual thing and not a lot of words that many will not read anyway. Thank you for sharing -

I agree with Danny. I've always believed that the purpose of art was to create an emotional response; good or bad. It you make us think; it should make us feel something. This photo fits that definition wonderfully. Some may not like it because it is "different" from what they've come to believe photography should be. This forces to get out of their "comfort zone" and therefore I consider it a success.  Keep it up!

Such a sweet words!!! I live photography as expression form, as way to communicate something different, as opportunity to think and translate ideas into images.

I think to capture beautiful moments and share it s a wonderful thing, but why don't try to express more?

Conceptual photography is a great opportunity to express emotion, to declare an idea, a porpoise and create a moment of reflection.

Of course this is what I m trying to do, starting to investigate deeply in my life.

 Words are precious and images are precious but both together can be priceless. Art has many expressions even in just one medium like photography. This is an interesting image. I had a look at your portfolio. If I had not seen your style I would have asked you why the face of the model looked not sharp. Now I can see that it is a common trade of your images. Different ways of expessing ideas work as we can see it. Can I ask you something? Why not flip the image vertically? Would you consider it? Have good light...

Thanks for your answer... about the face if you see my gallery i m sure you understood that my intention is always to defines universal emotions or feelings or concepts and when it s possible I hide the face to generalized its.

About to flip image I don't know, I don't think about this, but my philosophy is to manipulate the less possible my shots, to maintain the contact with reality.
