Our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at 1x.com meets your high standards or you can return it for a replacement or refund. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

- Contact 1x.com customer service at: customerservice@1x.com.
- Customer service will determine if you will need to return the product, or if in the case of product damage, photos of the damaged product and of the original packaging may be adequate.
- Customer service will provide you with the mailing address for which to return the product. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
- If a replacement has been requested, the new product will be ordered prior to receipt of the returned product, with expedited production of the replacement as our goal.
