Now, that is a great action shot indeed, shot at just the right moment.. I do like the B£W rendition.

In some matches its difficult to find uninterrupted action what with distance & errant players so I always look to the back of the scrum for my stock shots this is the first scrum half that I have seen that throughout the match used this diving pass I haven't seen this in a proper match (international) for ages or for that matter any of the 80 or so matches I have photographed since starting to shoot rugby!

I shoot at third division games at two particular venues & backgrounds are a nightmare what often is a strong shot will be downgraded since there are parked cars or coaches in the background. But then thats the challenge & I enjoy even the most frustrating days.
