Lots of snow flying as the wind drove it on - a whiteout allround. The poles on the side of the still-wet road indicate the expected depth of snow when it reaches a maximum!
Someone has placed a cross next to the road - presumably to commemorate an accident of a loved-one here. It is barely visible next to the second pole on the left.
