Great image. I love derelict buildings too and am always on the lookout.. They are hard to find, but when you do - it's magic.
i love the sequence of windows and how the light becomes stronger as you proceed towards the end of the room. Fantastic job you did!

our mind can turn the real into abstract realities. All the concrete is the foundation for our windows. An opening where ideas and imagniation travel. A look into our soul. Excellent!,
Always, c

Where do you find these really cool places?
Robin Roels  First of all by searching hard because they are not easy to find Ralf. The last two images come from the same old building in Bruges. We've found out that it has been a military building. 'Left loft' and 'never alone' are from a building which they are now changing into a new hotel. This one dates from the beginning of Belgium 1830 (saw the newspapers on the wall, and took some with me :-)
The thing I like about them is the exploring in them, when I get there for the first time. I also search for the charisma of the building. Which spot, detail, light, mood will fit on an image. But again, they are hard to find. So I'm good for now, till I find a new one, or just something else. Is that a bit of an answer Ralf? :-) cheers mate

Ralf Stelander  Yeah, thanks a lot! =) You've certainly succeeded of finding the soul of the buildings in your shots!

I don't know any places like this in my town, or I need some kind of permit to get into those industrial type buildings... or maybe I should just break in. ;)
Robin Roels  That is exactly what I do, I always break in. :-)
Ralf Stelander  Now I'm getting it! =D

Robin Roels  You guessed right Codrin :-) It's the same location alright but it was another floor. When I saw all these open windows I knew this had to be mine. cheers mate
