I love this photo. it evokes so much in me - dreams, memories, fears. it is peaceful with the beautiful use of light, yet menacing with the tsunami danger so much in the news these days. Would love to visit this place to experience these conflicting feelings on site. Photo tells such a story. Before a restaurant, it was a house. What happened here? I love it.

It's awesome, how different people can feel while watching an image... I find this shot bitterly sad, melancholic, so beautifully eerie.
