Along the Honoapilani Highway is the West Maui Forest Reserve. Warm textured hills showcasing beautiful palettes of green and yellow in the sunrise golden hour. Near Hyashi Village I passed a tree that made a perfect compliment to the V-shape in the mountain range. I waited for the sun to rise to a point that would illuminate the hills a with sweeping catch light.
