I used 2 lights for this one - the main one was to our left, as we look at the image, and slightly above head height. On it was an umbrella/diffuser to soften the light.
The second was down to the right, pointing behind her, but with the edge of it hitting her ear-ring and that area of the face. It didn't have a diffuser. Hope that makes sense :)
