What is that Light that you have captured here in this jewel of a face behind the door. Is there a third eye in that amazing smudge in the middle of his bright forehead? This baby looks the very soul of kindness and hospitality, so glad is he to welcome you into his humble dwelling. You have captured his sweet and open expression -- the beauty and innocence of childhood itself, all in one shot. His father looks on tentatively, with love and concern. The other boy, so downcast -- that story interests me -- shyness perhaps at the entrance of a stranger. But the little one is oblivious to all of this. It is so well done. I am in love with this little boy who opens doors and hearts so readily! Great capture!

You have captured her sweetness and open expression. And now her brother's downcast look makes more sense to me because I realize that he is the boy who is the subject of your After Dinner photo, that amazing piece you presented just a little while ago. This girl not only opens door to strangers but to the hearts of family and all who see her lovely face. I was wondering about her mother. Such a hard story. Thank you for telling me.
