I think this picture is one of the the few exceptional portrait that can be found on the web. Without speaking the expression and pose very intense, I am admiring of your choice with these two light sources.
I like the reflect from the reflector which struture the eyes perfectly
The only minor weakness is that the brightness are a little too different in her eyes after editing, but this does not detract from the quality of the image.
It's better than your B/W version.
