The curve of the buildings gives an ominous loom, almost like they're looking down on you. Staring at this photo makes me feel so small. The buildings direct my eyes right up to the clouds, which then trace back down the street. You did a very good job with the composition.

Thanks so much for sharing, I really appreciate it.

I can spot a fisheye image in this, as I have a similar one (not as yet here) showing the buildings in a similar way. The lighting is wonderful: I find myself studying the wet road for its texture (I like it).
David Senechal (polydactyle)  Yes, fisheye for this one. Thanks for the comment!

Perfect and very creative use of the fisheye-lens, bravo!
David Senechal (polydactyle)  Thanks Frank! I have a question for you Frank: Are you using the lens 7-14 mm Zuiko? I tried it a few weeks ago when I bought my 8 mm Zuiko lens. A pure wonder!
Frank Waechter  Yes, I'm now using this fantastic lens (this image from me was shot at 7mm: http://1x.com/photos/member/33377/35045/).
Before I used the 9-18 mm lens from Zuiko, which was also very good in daylight conditions and much more cheaper.
The 7-14mm is brutal and not easy to use but if you have already experiences in using a fisheye, the 7-14mm will be no problem for you.
The most "disadvantage" of the lens is the price and its heavy weight. I think, it's the best and particularly the widest lens on the market.
