I've returned to this photograph many times. The image seems as delicate as the flower. The way the soft quiet colors blend and merge with the shallow DOF is a wonder to see. The detail of the dry petal. I feel a bit at a loss because I don't have the botanical vocabulary to express what I see. It a wonderful and unique photograph.
