Very painful to see that in every place on earth you can suffer or die on streets while people is walking by. That must be a very lonesome process. It kills my heart to see those images. I think that for me I would not have the guts to photograph this, but also I believe that those images must be seen, to confront us with the reality of life.
Your picture has a great documentary value, my compliments!
