Well done here Moses. I could not actually figure this out - how you managed to get the selectied definition and yet have the motion. However, thanks for explaining this down below....now I do not feel like the village idiot any more.

nice effect...but why Street category and not Creative Edit?

jacques philippe Indeed Fabio I too wonder how this is done... I believe such image can be done without too much further PP effect, with low-synchro flash or whatever. But here the PoV/angle puzzles me (how to freeze just the people from that specific angle ?).

Fabio Giannelli Yep, there are similar effects obtained using flash, but then you should have the whole scene freezed (at least the car which is at the same distance - so same light) and then the shade of the movements in it...while here you only have part of the image freezed (only the two people) and the rest is motion-blurred. So it's clearly a PS effect, but then should be categorized as Creative Edit.

Ricky Siegers I think he just forget this time not to click street category.
I know him in person, as you see most of his pictures in his galery are street photography. And I assume :) in his excitment with this picture he just forget to click the right category. And I am agree with you Jaques.

moses stell yes you right Fabio, I should put in category creative edit, coz I did put motion blur in the picture.
