just use Photoshop or Other Plug like NIK Software?

Well, I don't remember the exact editing of this image, but I use CS5 and sometimes Nik Color Effects. Usually, I'm just using CS5 for my editing.

mm767cap Hi Suprie. Thanks so much! I used a polarizer filter, and that was it. It was dark enough not to have to use an ND filter.

This is gorgeous. Where is this in the Gorge? I live very close to this area...and would love to visit this particular location. Looks like you were possibly in the water to shoot this. It is breathtaking and magnificent!!

mm767cap Hi Jennifer. It's up Eagle Creek below Metlanko Falls. I was about belly button deep in the water for this... which was COLD. It's an incredible place, but I should warn you... it's not easy to get to. You have to bushwhack for about a mile or so, and cross the creek 4 times, which gets tricky as the water can run chest deep and the current is FAST. It can get a little dangerous heading in here. I'm 6'5" and it was about mid-belly on me at the swiftest point.
