Very interesting image this of this most pretty girl. For me there appears to be something 'mature' about the face looking back at me, as if the face is older and wiser than I expected. I know that I can only judge on hands of the reflection, however, it somehow fascinates me - this 'expectation' vs 'reflection'. Cannot help looking at this and feeling perplexed, and this is where the interest in this image lies for me. Maybe it is because the reflection does not include much hair, and the lead-in does exactly that. Well done, and very nice tonality.

Andre du Plessis I am relieved that you feel the same way Mirjam. As I said - that is why this image is special for me. Like seeing your own reflection in the mirror, but it is painted with added emotion.
