Doug Roane Thanks, Paul - If I tell you the story behind this photo, you will see just how true your words are! Basically, my camera was non-functional for 2 1/2 days after I dunked it in a lake. It rained all the next day. The following day was clear, and I let it dry out all day, but it still was dead. On this particular morning, our last day at this campsite, I was so discouraged, I didn't even set my alarm. My friend got me up to see the amazing cloud over the mountain. I snapped a shot with his point-and-shoot. With little hope, I ran back to try out my camera, and, to my surprise, it worked! I had visualized this composition the day before, so quickly set up the shot. This was the first shot I took, and then the wind picked up, making this shot impossible seconds later.
