@Siavash: I use a Nikon D300s to shoot photos (I used a D200 until September). I don't shoot in B&W but in RGB. It happens that I sometimes do a B&W conversions to my files, only when I feel it's appropriate. Basically, when I feel that color doesn't bring anything to a photo, I do a B&W conversion. I don't think any digital camera is better than another for B&W.
