Beetle with an attitude

Longhorn beetles have very expressive faces, I think! This is one such cerambycid beetle, a ribbed pine borer (Rhagium inquisitor) climbing around in the forest.

Somehow he reminds me to a figure from Muppet Show... you know, angry little guy singing "mana, mana". Or maybe not... I totally see this as a bug character shot, never believed a photo could convey this or at least make me feel like this. I love macros which offer something more than just magnification. Image quality is also superb.
