Nice contrast, very strong message! Sometimes motives like this works better if you don't crop it so tight, so that the viewer can see more of where the person is laying. This often creates a contrast between a poor person and perhaps a surrounding with an expensive impression. I don't know anything about the surroundings though and this crop works very well here! Keep experimenting!
