Is it a vivid dream of a child, or his colorful real story,
I see a rainbow and breath of fresh air, I feel love and lots of grace,
it makes me happy to be at this place.

My sister has images from Holi a few years ago, she said that it took weeks for the magenta dye to come out of her hair. This is wonderful, I love the hand imprint on the back of the one man.
Prateek Dubey  Thank you Tracy. Your sister might've played holi in a city. Over here they stick to natural dyes which come off in a single wsah..

Tell, me about this story.
Awesome shot- makes me want more.
Prateek Dubey  Thank you Angela. Holi is played at the onset of summer in India. Mostly north India. The idea is to be colored in the colors of the Lord. The Lord being Krsna, who himself was a very colorfull character. Here people assume the role of Radha, the Lord's lover ( Radha actually represents humanity ) and color each other with dry and wet colors. This event is happening in the courtyard of a temple which is dedicated to Radha. The atmosphere is like a rock concert, with drums, cymbols and chants ringing the air. Later when men go down into the streets, they're ritually beaten up with sticks by the women folk ( that is another story ). But not every man is caught and beaten, those from the adjoining village participate in this interesting ritual..
Angela Bacon-Kidwell  Thanks for the story. I'm looking again and just noticed that blue handprint on the one man. This printed really large would be amazing. So grapic and with story and feeling- Just terrific stuff here, Prateek.
