what a great first picture! I like the grey values and point-of-view. I think the 85mm lens performs very well here!
Chris Buchholz  yes, this lense is superb - thanks a lot for your comment!

Wonderful - this shows this wall as a gateway rather than a barrier.
Chris Buchholz  yes, the intention of a barrier was never achived - thanks for your comment Deborah!

Nice shot. Where are all the people? That handrail can come in handy, can't it?

Kinda kidding here...this is a refreshing and different take on the Great Wall.
Chris Buchholz  thanks for your comment - this part is like a cliffy dead end - that handrail was very useful for me ;)
early in the morning == no people :)

greetings
Richard Ford  I did a charity run on it many years ago for 14 towers worth.... a handrail would not have helped me. An airlift from a chopper would maybe have aided me somewhat... :-(
Lina Gunawan  I agree... different from the common Great Wall shot that I've seen.
Richard Ford  I've thrown up on the great wall.... some other Rugby boof head photographed it.... I wonder if that would make 1X or not.. ;-)

Lina Gunawan  hahaha.. you should have asked for the photo.. and upload it here, with category Abstract.. :p
