Excellent! I don't think this needs more contrast, I love the subdued tone exactly as it is, very atmospheric.

Great capture of the expression and pose. IMHO would be an even better picture had the face been more sharp and a bit of contrast too!

I only slightly adjusted the midtone, and attenuated the background.
the light was already so good, I don't have touched colour :-))
