Watch Out !!!

When I was walking around citypark, I saw Motorcycle standing course of a police squad on the street (I mean it really on a public street !).

I think maybe he seems a little bit shaky and scare, at first.
He had no choice, must obey his chief command.

But, hey.... Isn't it endangering someone else?
Somebody must ticketing on him...LOL.
