WoW! What an awesome shot. Where is the light coming from? (right bottom corner) Makes me think something is on fire that direction.

Now, THAT was something else! A tremendous photograph, relly mindblowing! What else can one say, exept exellent! Can i ask if you had a long shutterspeed with several flashes, or is it just one singel flash from the sky? Love this!

Willy Marthinussen thank you Elisabeth:) much appreciated:) i used long shutterspeed for about one minute, then the lightning stroke and i shut it down right after(as you should) no flashes..

Elisabeth Gustafson *LoL* it is so funny to read ones wrong spellings or should i say translations! :O) What i ment was lightning ofcourse and not flashes! :O)) But i guess you understand what i ment! Flash as you know is both lightning and camera flash in swedish... :O)))

Holy sh**!

That reminds me of yesterday evening. Thousands of lightnings in the sky, thousands of opportunities. And I have no experience to get an image like this. Just don't know how. May be you can give some data how this works, Willy?

Willy Marthinussen Thank you Anna:) much appreciated..it was shot this day over western Norway outside of Bergen yes, i used a 200 mm lens bulb for about one minute then the strike and shot it down imidiately after as you should do when shooting lightning, the illuminated house is the result of the long exposure and the rest is pure natures work:) and of course a bit of luck..well i waited two hours watching the lightning come closer to this old schoolbuilding and of course i hoped for the best:)
