In this shot your little girl is doing what she considers perfectly normal... lying on the floor and reaching for a chair's leg. So spontaneous. Sometimes we loose these moments becuase they seem so ordinary... not worth pressing the shutter. How wrong we are. Thank you for reminding us to pay more attention! :-)

Emily, more I look at this pic, more I like it... so well composed and cropped, soft tones, nice pose that seems so natural, a pic that is made with few means, probably made at home. Great eye you have ! Superb !

The only other lens I have used is the canon kit lens. It just broke on me, so I finally upgraded.

Thomas Ljungberg I think Stefano want to know what type of lens you use when shooting portraits. "Objektiv" is lens in Swedish... "obiettivo" in italian (according to my babel fish).

Great image Em, this is REALLY good! Now only have you caught that expression of hers, the glare, the mouth, her hand, her bodylanguage. As a parent I recognize this so well. But the aesthetics of the picture is awesome. Great composition! Lighting is superb. Processing great.
I'm very impressed by this image! One of those once in a lifetime situations that just goes by most often. But you nailed it! Congratulations!

LoL! I guess she´s been up to no good again and her mom´s let her know it.. :)
Fantastic composition; I love the way the chair is a bit cut off and she´s a bit cut off as well..
I really like that she´s looking at the camera and that slight grip from the chair is just great for the story..
And your BW treatment is a treat as usual! :)
