The colours and textures are well captured/processed, and the composition very carefully judged. I just feel the point at which the railings and steps merge with the water looks a bit odd, as if something is masked out. I guess this is a long exposure, but maybe a bit more texture in the sea would lend some interest, although I can imagine that the photographer intended the intended tzhe effect
