Diane Varner It's so interesting that you wrote this! I did an etching of that very image that you referenced back in college and it never occurred to me that it had influenced me in this image. Thanks for pointing this out.

Really nice image. I like that it´s green and white instead of black and white. But the birds looks strange, are they added afterwards? They look like pigeons but they are too small compared to the rest of the image. Maybe that makes it look like they are flying in the light area but then they are too dark.
