So, the hay bales all over the world, huh? :)) I've never seen those in Ukraine though - they still use the old method, piling the hay in huge stacks :)

I used sepia toning here, but this sepia is kind of strange - sometimes it gives a red cast, sometimes it's more like yellowish, and here - if it's not my wild imagination :)) - the trees seem a bit of greenish :)

Nice Daria. It is interesting to see broken lines on the edge of the road. That is not common here in the States.

I think we have those broken lines all over. How is it in America - just one long continuous line? :)

Jerry Berry Yes. The lines are solid on the edges. If the road is wide enough for 2 cars, a broken line in the middle of the road exists as long as it is safe to pass around a slower car. If it is not safe (a curve you cannot see around) the middle line will become a solid double yellow line. If it is safe to pass from one direction but not from the other, the line will be broken on the safe side and solid on the unsafe side. Actually, in most cases, there is no line on the outside edges but if there is, it would be solid.

Daria Endresen I see :) I don't have a driving lisence so I don't know any details of our rules, but my guess is they are pretty much alike :)

We have lots of such between-sun-and-rain moments, but it's quite tricky to catch those - as soon as I go out, it starts raining :).. Would love to have kind of camera bag which they use under water, as with the winds we have here, umbrella doesn't work :)

Looks like the rain washed half the road away. :>) I see you bundle hay in white plastic bags as some farms do here.

Different from the usual landscape, although many of the same elements; dramatic sky, and invitation to go deep into the scene, natural elements exposed in relief by light and shadow.
