You are setting the standards very High you know Gale. Landscapes can make it but they have to be this good.
I think God Beams are fun to shoot if one is lucky enough to be in the right spot.

Gale Rainwater Thanks Jerry, Your right you do have to be in the right place at RT. I shot this in bad wind storm the worst I had ever been in. I had to get on my knees and place my tripod as low as it would go and then hold it down. I was really afraid of being blown off the cliff into the canyon!! If the same wind would come through my town it would have tourn everthing up.

I hope I or we can get some more subtle landscapes in. I like your Aspens image was wondering about how you processed it?

One of my art teachers used to call shots with light from the heaves "Jesus Photos,"
I think they are more than that, this one is simply beautiful.
