I can't add any more praise than has already been written by many others.

However, one visual effect hasn't been mentioned which, as a former editor, I noticed immediately... the girl's expression of surprised joy is angled downwards which (and this is when seen on the site's "home" page, not here on the "comments" page) also gestures to visitors to look down and lead them to explore all of those interesting thumb-nail images...

This is as good as it gets! Great in so many ways. Technicaly with the dof, lighting, processing, sharpness, crop, just perfect.
But the expression... Wow! So innocent, so dreaming, so true, so pure. Just wonderful! This is what really makes the picture!
