I notice you took this (in the icy cold) at 1/2 sec. Did you use a tripod? If not how could you hand hold at this speed (unless you were frozen into position) and still get a sharp focused image?

I look at this image and want to have a hot buttered rum just to keep warm. Where was this taken?
