P.S. I have been told that they (leopard frogs) taste like chicken but I couldn’t push myself to try. Not to mention that it seems that around here everything taste like chicken including snakes, coons, possums, name it :).

Thomas Ljungberg HaHa. I lived in Singapore as a child, far from the Nordics. I've been told that when we whent to Chinatown to eat, I allways orderd "froglegs". It was a favorite. I don't remember how they tasted though... But we are actually going back there for vaccation (next week), so I might get back to you on this...
But it was a nice story to impress girls with when comming back to school in Sweden...
