S J Carter  Thanks Ilja! Yes, she was watching the launch preparations of the Space Shuttle in Florida. We were on a tall tower and the wind was unmerciful! So glad you enjoy the shot!

this is a great shot, i really like the dof and the b&w conversion, very well done. the wind is the cherry on the cake. the only thing i maybe don't care so much for is the apparent blowout on his hand and ear (maybe the "high key" effect a bit overdone?) still, a very nice shot

It was sooo windy on top of this tower at Cape Canaveral while we were viewing the space shuttle prepping for launch. I see what you mean about her arm and ear. I may re-edit and re-upload.
